Robert Chew is the Principal Consultant and Trainer at Quarton Management Consultants based in Singapore.

Obsessed with helping organizations create outstanding service culture and achieve business excellence, he has been providing coaching and mentoring to management and across all levels of employee and functions for many years passionately imparting his domain knowledge, expertise and vast experience to help leaders and employees succeed.

Prior to consulting, he was Director, Performance Management for a top-tier US$3.6 billion global supply chain corporation. With more than thirty years professional industry and coaching experience, he has held several key management positions involving organizational transformation, motivational leadership, employee engagement, talent development and succession planning, business continuity, enterprise-wide learning and development, operations management, strategic quality planning and implementation, service excellence, managing for customer satisfaction, engineering, business process improvement, materials and procurement, risks management, employee health and safety with multinational corporations.

Facilitating perpetual planning for continual improvements at all fronts with particular emphasis on monitoring and evaluation across key performance dimensions, he has also delivered a White Paper on Changing the Operating Landscape and Meeting the Competition Head On. In his earlier career, he has also helped a US global service organization become the first in Singapore to be ISO and GDP (Good Distribution Practice) certified in support of the fast growing pharmaceutical, healthcare and medical devices industry. He was involved in the design and delivery of training for a Management Development Programme in collaboration with the NUS Business School and has personally coached MBA students from the S P Jain Centre of Management.

Robert is assisted by three other consultants with vast industry professional and coaching experience covering regional assignments.
